The RIHF held an online seminar for coaches of children

Between the 20th and 24th of April, the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) - in accordance with the introduction of the Red Machine National Development Program - held an online conference with coaches of children's teams.

Specialists representing the RIHF also participated in the seminars.

On day one, the head of the Red Machine National Development Program's development department, Evgeny Sukhachyov, held a presenatation concerning the 'Conception and philosophy of the Red Machine National Development Program' topic. A day later, advisor to the RIHF president and honoured Russian ice hockey coach, Mikhail Chekanov, analysed matters with regard to yearly individual training of young players. The 'Special training for goalkeepers' report was delivered by chief specialist of the certification department of coaches and professor of the theory and methodology departments of A. V. Tarasov School, Vladislav Krutskikh, and head of the department for the certification of coaches, Anatoly Bukatin, spoke about the characteristics of training in accordance with the Red Machine Development Program. Head coach of the Tula Ice Hockey School, Lyubomir Vitoshek, subsequently brought up the topic of phyisical training of players of different age groups.

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation holds seminars for coaches and master-classes in accordance with the Red Machine National Development Program on a regular basis.
