Kucherov, Sergachyov, Vasilevskiy and Volkov are the Stanley Cup champions with Tampa Bay!

Goalkeeper Andrei Vasilevskiy, defenseman Mikhail Sergachyov and forwards Nikita Kucherov and Alexander Volkov have becom champions of the NHL Stanley Cup with the Tampa Bay Lightning!

Tampa Bay defeated the Dallas Stars 4-2 in the final series with Vasilevskiy tallying a shutout in the decisive 2:0 triumph in the sixth match.

Seven Russian players particpated in the Stanley Cup final, a new record. The previous best of six was set in 1998.

Furthermore, Vasilevskiy is the first NHL goalkeeper to earn 18 victories in the playoffs, while Kucherov became the top scorer of the 2020/2021 competition with 34 points on the board.
